નવી દિલ્હી : મોટા શહેરોથી લઈ નાના ગામડામાં લોકો સુરક્ષિત રોકાણ માટે LIC પસંદ કરે છે. જીવન વીમા નિગમ (LIC) એ દેશનો સૌથી મોટો સંસ્થાકીય રોકાણકાર છે. પરંતુ શું તમે જાણો છો કે તમે એલઆઇસીમાં જમા કરેલા પૈસા કંપની ક્યાં લગાવે છે? LIC મોટા પાયે શેર બજારમાં નાણાંનું રોકાણ કરે છે. કોરોના કટોકટી દરમિયાન પણ LICએ શેર બજારમાંથી મોટી કમાણી કરી હતી. અનુસાર, LICએ દેશની તમામ મોટી કંપનીઓમાં નાણાંનું રોકાણ કર્યું છે. કંપનીએ કોરોના સંકટ વચ્ચે પણ પોતાનું રોકાણ ચાલુ રાખ્યું છે. આ સમય દરમિયાન કંપનીએ ફાર્મા અને આઈટી ક્ષેત્રે રોકાણ વધાર્યું છે. આંકડા દર્શાવે છે કે, LICએ બીજા ક્વાર્ટરમાં લ્યુપિન, અલ્કેમ લેબ અને ફાઇઝરમાં ફાર્મા શેરમાં તેનો હિસ્સો વધાર્યો છે. તેણે આઇટી ક્ષેત્રે ઈન્ફોસિસમાં પણ તેનો હિસ્સો 1.96 થી વધારીને 2.11 ટકા કર્યો છે.
ઓટો સેક્ટરની વાત કરીએ તો LICએ અમાર રાજા બેટરી, અશોક લેલેન્ડ, બાશ, એક્સાઈડ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ, હીરો મોટો કોર્પ અને ટીવીએસ મોટર કંપનીમાં રોકાણ કર્યું છે. બેંકિંગ ક્ષેત્રની વાત કરીએ તો LICએ SBI, HDFC બેંક, HDFC લિમિટેડ, કોટક મહિન્દ્રા બેંક, સેન્ટ્રલ બેંક ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા, ઇન્ડસઇન્ડ બેન્ક, યસ બેન્ક અને બંધન બેંકમાં રોકાણ કર્યું છે. ઉપરાંત LICએ ઈન્ડિયન ઓઇલ, પાવર ગ્રીડ, ઓઇલ ઇન્ડિયા, ONGC, મૉયલ, મહાનગર ગેસ અને ઇન્દ્રપ્રસ્થ ગેસમાં રોકાણ કર્યું છે. મેટલમાં તેણે વેદાંતા, JSW સ્ટીલ અને સ્ટીલ ઓથોરિટી ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા (સેલ)માં રોકાણ કર્યું છે. ઉપરાંત જે શેરોમાં LICએ ખરીદી કરી છે તેમાં બાટા ઇન્ડિયા, બર્જર પેઇન્ટ્સ, ટાઇટન, અલ્ટ્રાટેક સિમેન્ટ અને હિન્દુસ્તાન યુનિલિવર જેવા શેરો છે. આ સિવાય LICએ અન્ય ઘણી જગ્યાએ પણ રોકાણ કર્યું છે.

LIC invests more than Rs 2 lakh crore annually in the stock market.
Of this, it does around Rs 60,000 crore in the stock market and the rest in debt, government securities (G-Sec).
According to shareholding data, LIC has invested in all the major companies in the country.
The company has continued its investment even amid the Corona crisis.
During this time the company has increased its investment in pharma and IT sectors.
Statistics show that LIC increased its stake in Lupine, Alchem Lab and Pharma shares in Pfizer in the second quarter.
It has also increased its stake in IT company Infosys from 1.96 per cent to 2.11 per cent.
In the auto sector, LIC has invested in Amar Raja Battery, Ashok Leyland, Bash, Exide Industries, Hero Moto Corp and TVS Motor Company.
In the banking sector, LIC has invested in SBI, HDFC Bank, HDFC Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Central Bank of India, IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank and Bandhan Bank.
In addition, LIC has invested in Indian Oil, Power Grid, Oil India, ONGC, Moyal, Mahanagar Gas and Indraprastha Gas.
In metals, it has invested in Vedanta, JSW Steel and Steel Authority of India (SAIL).
Also among the stocks bought by LIC are Bata India, Berger Paints, Titan, Ultratech Cement and Hindustan Unilever.
Apart from this, LIC has also invested in many other places.
